All content, lessons, exercises, branding, and materials onLet’sTalkGerman are owned by Let’sTalkGerman or licensed to us. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

6. Payments and Access

If paid services are offered, you agree to provide accurate billing information. Fees, if applicable, are billed according to the selected offer.

Refunds, if offered, are governed by our refund policy stated on the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@letstalkgerman.net.

8. Limitation of Liability

Let’sTalkGerman provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
